Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions of use for DevPick (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). All users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall agree to these Terms when using the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service collects news in the generative AI and IT fields, providing article summaries and personalized recommendations based on user interests. Article content, summaries, scores, and display orders are generated through automated processing and other methods, and their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness is not guaranteed. For our policy regarding AI summary generation and error reporting/correction, please refer to our Editorial Policy.
Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with or place an excessive burden on the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized use of information obtained through the Service without the rights holder's permission
- Impersonating other users or third parties
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator
Article 4 (Paid Plans and Subscriptions)
In addition to the free basic features, the Service may offer a paid plan ("DevPick Pro") that unlocks additional features in the mobile application.
- Pricing, payment methods, and plan details (monthly, annual, lifetime, etc.) shall be based on the information displayed on the Google Play store purchase screen.
- Subscriptions such as monthly and annual plans automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the user. If a free trial is offered, it will automatically transition to a paid plan and billing will begin unless canceled before the end of the trial period.
- Cancellation of subscriptions must be performed by users themselves via "Payments & subscriptions" in their Google Play account. Deleting a profile within the Service does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions; users wishing to cancel must do so separately in Google Play settings.
- Refunds of paid fees follow Google Play's refund policy, and the operator does not establish independent refund standards.
- The operator may modify pricing and plan details within the scope displayed on the Google Play store.
Article 5 (Modification and Suspension of Service)
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users due to maintenance, failures, security needs, or other circumstances.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The operator shall not be liable for damages incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator. The operator does not participate in or warrant the content, products, or services of external websites linked from the Service.
Article 7 (Modification of Terms)
The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
